This exchange policy is valid from May 2022.

Send an email to contact@fanfusionstore.com, informing your full name and order number. The refund will be made within 30 days from the receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase. There will be no additional cost for the refund.

Products with manufacturing defects:

If there is a manufacturing defect, you can request a return within 30 days from the receipt of the order.

How to request the return of defective products:

Send an email to contact@fanfusionstore.com, informing your full name, order number and details of the defect (with description, photos or videos). We will analyze the case within 30 days after receiving the returned products.

How to return the products:

The return shipping costs will be covered by our store through the reverse logistics process. You will receive a postage authorization code by email after requesting an exchange or return, and you must post the merchandise at a CTT agency.
